CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Tan Song Bok (TSB) Realty and Development Corporation, developer of Jumbo Jenra malls in Pampanga, opened its state-of-the-art facility seen to boost employment and the economy of Barangay Sindalan and nearby areas.

No less than Mayor Oscar Rodriguez and Herminia Pamintuan, wife of Angeles City Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan, graced the opening of the “newest and most advanced addition” to the TSB malls in Dau, Mabalacat and the other two in Angeles.
Jenra establishments are known for its affordable prices and customer-friendly services.
“Strategically situated between the downtown Cities of San Fernando and Angeles, the opening of Jumbo Jenra Sindalan will launch Barangay Sindalan as a new economic hotspot, and eventually paving the way for increased local employment and commercial development,” said TSB Realty General Manager Byron John Siy.

Siy said that once Jumbo Jenra Sindalan goes full blast “it will have 400 workers.” TSB has some 800 workers in their four malls as of today.
He also added that the TSB pushed for the creation of a so-called “green building.”
