Businessmen, investors and jobseekers are expected to troop to the Asean Convention Center in Clark Freeport on October 17 to 18, 2019 as part of the two-day Central Luzon Expo event.

The event is organized by the Department of Trade and Industry, the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation, Inc. in partnership with the Department of Tourism and the Department of Labor and Employment.

Aside from the seven provincial pavilions and provincial investment presentations highlighted in the Expo, a job fair will be held to cater to jobseekers from Region 3. Another important part of the event is the conduct of business matching sessions among the invited companies. These are on-site meetings between investment specialists of the seven provinces and would be investors from the private sectors. This will further enhance the position of Central Luzon as a top investment destination in the country.

The Central Luzon Expo will also feature a procurement matching activity for local businesses to increase the engagement of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises in the region as distributors or suppliers to bigger companies.

To help local MSMEs in the region gain an update of the current industry situation in Central Luzon, an investment forum will also be done to present the industries, investment areas available and trends in the industry.

The Central Luzon Expo, with the theme “Central Luzon: Opportunities, Progress, The Future,” is intended to showcase the region as a key growth region in the areas of trade, tourism and investments. The event is expected to be attended by investors, top businesses in the region, local government officials and top officials of national government agencies.
