JDN earns Great Place to Work certification

JDN has been certified as a Great Place to Work, a recognition anchored not on management claims but on employee sentiment. The Trust Index Survey showed a 97% response rate, far above average, with overwhelming scores on pride, fairness, and community contribution.
 
*95%* of employees said they are given the tools to do their jobs. *94%* expressed pride in their accomplishments. *93%* are happy with how the company contributes to the community. *92%* feel treated fairly regardless of orientation.
 “This honor is meaningful to us because it reflects how our people genuinely feel about working here,” said *Aaron B. Montenegro, JDN President and CEO*. “Ang sukatan ng isang magandang kumpanya ay hindi kung gaano ito kalaki, kundi kung paano inaalagaan ang mga taong bumubuo nito.”
 
*Arni Valdez, JDN Chairperson*, underscored the role of culture and malasakit.
 
“The culture, the care, and the heart and malasakit that each one of you brings every single day is effectively a realization of how our founders envisioned a Nepo company,” he said.
 
Great Place to Work Philippines client solutions manager, Bianca Patenia explained the integrity of the certification: “It’s not something you pay for. It’s based on the answers of employees.”
 
Certification is valid for one year and must be renewed annually to ensure feedback remains current.
 
Montenegro added: “Being great is not a destination, but a daily choice—a choice to care, to listen, and to lead with purpose.”
 
Valdez concluded: “JDN has always been more than a business. It is a community, a family, and a place where people are encouraged to grow and be at their best.”
