“Siyempre, nakaka-sad dahil three movies ‘yung sunud-sunod naming pinagsamahan na ‘Diary ng Panget’, ‘Talk Back You’re Dead’ and Para sa Hopeless Romantic’, tapos now, I’m on my own,” she says. “But the fans of our JaDine loveteam need not worry. Kasi may bago naman kaming teleserye na mapapanood nila sa ABS soon, ‘On the Wings of Love’, na some scenes, kinunan pa namin on location in San Francisco, California.”
Some folks say that her going solo in “Chain Mail” is a signal that her loveteam with James is now over, what with the reports that James is actually wooing Julia Barretto. How does she feel about this?
“Wala naman kaming relasyon, so he’s free to court other girls. But I don’t think it’s true kasi kung totoo ‘yun, magpapaalam naman siya sa akin as we’re very open to each other. Nagwo-worry lang ako kasi ‘yung fans ng loveteam namin, bina-bash na agad siya. Alam nyo naman dito sa Philippines, very possessive ang fans ng loveteams. Gusto nila, sweet talaga kayo sa isa’t isa. I know our love team is very important to James, so I don’t think he will do something that will ruin his career and make him look bad sa mata ng fans. Kasi siyempre, being part of a loveteam is like being a member of a partnership, so kailangang pareho naming ingatan ito dahil paakyat na ‘yung career namin, alangan namang gumawa kami ng ikababagsak agad nito.”
Nadine is happy to be a part of “Chain Mail”. “Kasi naiiba ito sa romantic movies na sunod-sunod naming ginawa ni James. This one is a thriller na talagang full of suspense. It’s directed by Adolf Alix at magaling siya in creating scary scenes na tatakot talaga sa viewers. Kasama rin namin dito sina Tita Jackielou Blanco and bTito John Regala. Those who enjoy watching horror flicks should not miss it kasi I guarantee na matatakot talaga sila nang husto.”
