Aetas of Barangay Maruglu, Capas, Tarlac avail themselves of mobile registration services that formed part of the celebration of the Civil Registration Month of the Philippine Statistics Authority.
Some 100 Certificates of Live Birth of Indigenous Peoples were registered through the joint efforts of the Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar of Capas, Tarlac, the Legal Aid Clinic of the Tarlac State University School of Law, the PSA-Tarlac and the barangay officials of Maruglu.
