InLife wins two Gold Anvils. InLife’s Amorsolo Circle, a program for its most valued clients, as well as its employee engagement program called The Good Squad were given the Gold Anvil Awards during the recently-held 59th Anvil Awards Gabi ng Parangal at the Manila Marriott Hotel. Insular Life’s (InLife) program for its most valued clients, as well as employee engagement program won Gold Anvils during the 59th Anvil Awards.

The Amorsolo Circle, which won under the PR Programs – Investor Relations Category, is InLife’s exclusive program for its most valued policyholders. It has redefined customer experience through privileges, financial updates, and exclusive events. Members are treated to first-class service, backroom support that prioritizes the members’ needs, relaxed underwriting requirements, invitations to private events, exclusive product offers, niche webinars and special market updates.

Meanwhile, The Good Squad (TGS) won under the PR Programs – Employee Engagement Category. TGS, composed of employees from various work units around the country, keeps InLifers connected through various in-person and digital employee activities and has been instrumental in achieving a lower-than-industry turnover rate through various employee engagement activities.

Pecson also thanked the organizers for awarding the TGS its first Anvil. “This award inspires us to continue fostering a culture of collaboration where employees are active participants towards the attainment of wellness and balance in the workplace.”

The Anvil Awards, presented annually by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines, is the Oscars of public relations in the Philippines. It awards outstanding public relations programs and tools that drive credibility and business impact.
