ANGELES CITY – Beginning the second week of January, the city government here will conduct a house-to-house distribution of financial assistance and Vitamin C supplements to senior citizens and bedridden individuals on orders of Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr.
“This initiative reflects our commitment to serving the needs of our most vulnerable residents,” Lazatin said. “Through house-to-house visits, we are ensuring that our senior citizens and bedridden Angeleños receive the care and support they deserve.”
Since 2019, the Lazatin administration has prioritized delivering direct services to senior citizens and bedridden individuals, including financial aid and health supplements.
In year 2024 alone, 3,735 Angeleños benefited from home-based assistance, including vaccinations and essential supplies.
