ANGELES CITY — Homegrown e-commerce platform Agorah has officially launched its digital marketplace at Imerex Plaza Hotel here on Friday.
As the Covid-19 pandemic accelerated the digital transformation of businesses in the country, MSMEs continue to grow by integrating their businesses through online marketplace and digital portals.
According to Agorah acting operations manager Jerome Quizon, Agorah is focused on helping their sellers thrive as they are also their business partners. One of its advantages, Quizon said, is their customer service.
“Yung focus po namin sa Agorah, hindi po kami kumikita sa mga sellers. Tinuturi po namin silang business partners. As Agorah grows, pati si seller lumalago din ang business. Isa po sa mga advantage namin ay yung customer service which is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.,” said Quizon.
Agorah initially offered its online marketplace to Kapampangan business owners as its pioneer sellers to support local businesses and homegrown products.
As Agorah widens its digital platform to various MSMEs, Agorah now opens its marketplace to sellers and buyers nationwide offering food and beverage, apparels, health and beauty, sports and lifestyle, appliances, home and living, as well as services, and hotel bookings.
Agorah has also partnered with J&T for its shipping and handling and plans to partner with other logistics companies to also improve their services.
To access Agorah’s online web portal and for interested sellers, you may visit and sign up via www.agorah.ph. Registration is free. Agorah’s digital mobile app will also be available to download in August.
