ANGELES CITY – Hausland Development Corp. (HLDC) has launched its newest branding campaign dubbed, “Afford Ko ‘To,” for Hausland Prime Residences at the Pavilion of the Nouveu Residences in Barangay Pulung Cacutud here yesterday.

The “Afford Ko ‘To” campaign was conceptualized to highlight the four main features of all Hausland Prime Residences which are top-ofthe- line amenities, prime and exclusive enclaves in the heart of the city, and affordable financing schemes, according to Kat Tan-Hipol, marketing manager of Hausland Prime Residences.

Hipol said their company “is selling from P1.5-million to around P2.5-million houses in Casa Mia located in Barangay Burot, Tarlac City at very affordable prices with the lowest at P5,600 monthly amortization available through Pag-IBIG Fund at zero percent equity. At Mansfi eld Residences, prices start at P13,000 monthly, Hipol said, while for Nouveau Residences the most affordable is the “Halo model” which sells at around P17,000 monthly amortization.

Hipol said all Hausland Prime Residences are located near schools, malls and business establishments which make it “easy living” for homeowners. She said homeowners also get to enjoy amenities such as airconditioned clubhouses, swimming pools, fitness centers, basketball courts, as well as play areas for kids.

At Nouveau Residences, the Pavilion clubhouse has been the favorite of homeowners’ intimate as well as grand celebrations while still maintaining the exclusivity of the community. Hipol said different institutions have helped make Hausland units affordable to the market through payment terms with low interest rates.

Hausland is also offering its own financing scheme called Flexi- Plan. For his part, Hausland vice president for marketing Mike Tan said the Hausland brand has evolved to better serve its price-sensitive market and provide a wide variety of selections to choose from.

Project developments in this brand include Mirus Residences in Barangay Mabiga, Mabalacat City; Mansfield Residences in Barangay Sto. Domingo here; Casa Mia in Burot, Tarlac City; and Nouveau Residences in Barangay
