ANGELES CITY, Pampanga – In the efforts to help the city address their housing needs, Hausland Group donated 10,505 sqm of land in Brgy. Anunas to the Angeles City Government, intended to be developed as a relocation site.
On Tuesday, April 12, 2022, the Land Donation Contract Signing, Acceptance of Donation and Awarding of Titles took place at Angeles City Hall. Mayor Carmelo ‘Pogi’ Lazatin Jr. was joined by Angeles City Councilors to receive the donation.
This contribution will serve informal settlers in the Anunas and EPZA areas, providing 171 residential lots for an estimated 700 individuals. It is also one of four Hausland donations benefiting Angeles City this year, being used to build access roads, bridges and relocation sites.
“Kami sa Hausland Group ay naniniwala na ang pagkakaroon ng sariling tahanan ang nagbibigay daan sa unti-unting pagtaas ng antas ng pamumuhay ng ating kababayan,” Philip Anthony Tan, Deputy Chief Operating Officer of FIESTA Communities said in his speech.
Also present during the event are the new generation of Hausland Group leaders, deputy chief operating officer Michael Carlo Tan, corporare communications manager Katrina Gail Hipol, and FIESTA Communities area operations managers Melvin Jason Tan and Gene Ryan Bautista.
