The wait is finally over—Hash Commons, the brew-tiful new hub in Pampanga, has officially opened its doors.

Located at KM 72 MacArthur Highway, San Isidro, this new restaurant-café hybrid is more than just your average coffee spot. Hash Commons serves up specialty coffee, hearty comfort food, artisanal pastries, and a cozy space designed to bring people together—whether you’re catching up with friends, fueling your grind, or simply enjoying a quiet afternoon.

“We’re a restaurant-café founded by friendship, and we’re beyond excited to finally share what we’ve been tirelessly working on,” shared co-owner Juan Miguel Louise Soto during the opening ceremony.

Joining him were fellow founders Gab Caluag, Mark Dy, and Mia Dy, who welcomed guests, family, and friends with warmth and genuine pride.

The space isn’t just aesthetic, it’s intentional. At the heart of Hash Commons lies a state-of-the-art “bakeyard”, whipping up flaky, freshly baked pastries that blend local flavor with French finesse. Think: Pistachio Sans Rival croissant, Batirol pain au chocolat, and a bold reimagining of Pampanga’s Tibok-tibok on laminated dough form.

But there’s more than just sugar and caffeine here. From starter plates and fresh salads to hearty rice bowls: special mention to their Salmon Kare-kare, sandwiches, and all-day breakfast, Hash Commons crafts a full-dining experience that satisfies both casual foodies and serious brunch connoisseurs.

What makes it even cooler? They have an al fresco area adjacent to a a coworking haven with quiet rooms, communal desks and a developing upstairs space for weekend flea markets aimed at empowering local entrepreneurs. And yes, rumor has it a speakeasy is in the works, bringing in even more reasons to linger a little longer.

Now on soft opening, Hash Commons is ready to serve you daily from 10 AM to 10 PM.

Get your first sip of the next big thing in the city.
