Who says you need to book a flight to Napa or Paris for a proper wine night? Tucked inside Clark’s lush Clearwater Compound, Greenhouse Café is uncorking a lifestyle experience that blends great food, fine wine, and a whole lot of greenery—with no passport required.

From the same team behind the beloved Yats Restaurant & Wine Bar, this café is already turning heads with its monthly food and wine pairing nights, a delicious excuse to dress up, wind down, and raise a glass.

Officially opening its doors in November 2024, Greenhouse Café is bringing something fresh, elegant, and sustainable to the table.

The monthly event runs from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM, featuring a globe-trotting five-course menu paired with expertly selected wines.

The culinary lineup? Start with salmon rillettes, enjoy a refreshing cucumber and shrimp salad, dive into crispy chicken chimichangas, savor a rich African oxtail stew, and wrap things up with pineapple cheesecake, each bite complemented by the perfect pour.

But it’s not just about what’s on your plate or in your glass. With floor-to-ceiling windows, an indoor jungle vibe, and a deep commitment to sustainability, Greenhouse Café creates an atmosphere that’s both relaxing and refined.

“There’s no need to go outside Clark when we serve the perfect ambiance and area for different occasions.

Guests can enjoy privacy and relax right here in our property,” said Anna Galido, Sales Representative. The café houses a jaw-dropping 20,000-wine bottle collection as well.

Open to event collaborations and celebrations of all kinds, Greenhouse Café offers a space where moments are made—and wine is never far behind. Whether you’re toasting a milestone or just the weekend, this is Clark’s newest reason to stay close and sip slow.
