MABALACAT CITY — The biggest winner here with 99.26 percent of the votes cast is Mayor Cris C. Garbo (NPC) who was reelected with 52,102 votes, beating Vice Mayor Christian Halili who got 34,381 votes.
His running mate Councilor Geld Aquino (NPC) got 52,062 votes beating his uncle former Mayor Marino “Boking” Morales who managed to get only 29,759 votes.
In Tarlac province, Gov. Susan Yap (NPC) was reelected with 508,181 votes while elected vice governor was Casada David (NPC) with 286,028 votes.
Eight of Garbo’s council ticket were also elected.
