Pampanga has officially revealed its queen for the Miss Universe Philippines 2026 stage, and she is no stranger to crowns and milestones.
Fresh from her Mutya ning Kapampangan 2025 victory, Allyson Hetland was unveiled as the province’s new representative, ready to carry Kapampangan pride to the national spotlight.
The unveiling marked a show of unity and strong local support, with the Provincial Government of Pampanga led by Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda standing firmly behind Hetland’s journey. The Local Government Unit of Angeles City likewise expressed its full backing, reinforcing the collaborative spirit that has long defined Pampanga’s pageantry scene.
Also present during the event were Reina Manuel, Executive Assistant IV to Congressman Pogi Lazatin, Provincial Tourism Officer Michael Castañeda, OIC Angeles City Tourism Officer Louie Lazatin, members of the press, pageant vloggers, as well as Hetland’s family and friends, all gathered to witness the passing of the torch to the province’s newest bet.
For Hetland, the moment felt perfectly timed.
“Perfect timing because I just graduated and passed the nursing board exam. After the MNK journey, it’s all aligning now,” she shared.
Her rise has been steady and hard earned. Crowned Mutya ning Angeles in 2024, she went on to clinch the Mutya ning Kapampangan title in 2025. Now, she steps onto a bigger stage as Pampanga’s official representative to Miss Universe Philippines 2026, carrying not just a sash, but a story of discipline, growth, and purpose.
Provincial pageant director Michael “Cacai” Muñoz summed up the collective hope surrounding Hetland’s campaign. “We are all one in supporting a candidate truly worthy of the crown. Let’s all manifest that Miss Universe Philippines is coming from Pampanga.”
As Allyson Hetland begins her national pageant journey, Pampanga rallies behind her with one voice, one vision, and one shared dream: to see the universe shine on a Kapampangan queen.
