PH ATHLETES EXPERIENCE THE FIRST “FAST POOL” AT NCC’S AQUATICS CENTER. National athletes get to experience the first “fast pool” facility at new Aquatics Center in the New Clark City during the First Philippine National Open Swimming Championship organized by the Philippine Swimming Inc. The facility was cited as a “fast pool” with its steel and PVC lining similar with those facilities used during the London Olympics in 2012.
