CLARK FREEPORT – The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) has signed a Lease Agreement (LA) with Pommes De Terre, Incorporated (PDTI) to convert an existing building into a food court and café.

The LA was signed by CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera and Atty. Artemio Tuazon Jr. The partnership aims to offer popular food options at reasonable prices for visitors and tourists frequenting the Parade Grounds. The signing took place on March 13 at the Clark Visitors Center.

“As people flock, as the number of people increase in the Parade Grounds, ideas came, and we are happy that you [PDTI] thought of this [food court and café] to provide comfort food,” Atty. Devanadera said.

According to Atty. Tuazon, the food court and café, planned to open in the second quarter of 2025, will have a multi-brand snack area and a coffee shop, including food from Master Siomai, Potato Corner, Angel’s Burger, among others.

Atty. Tuazon emphasized the importance of leadership and governance in attracting investments.

“If we do not see any future for Clark and if we do not trust or have confidence in the leadership and governance in Clark, we will not invest,” he said.

Located at Building 2425, previously the CDC Tourism Promotions Office, the food court and café will provide a variety of food choices catering to different budgets.

With existing and upcoming restaurants featuring Filipino, Japanese, Mediterranean, Thai, and other international cuisines, the Cardinal Santos Avenue side of the Parade Grounds area is becoming a bustling food hub.
