Pawrents and their furbabies received their blessing through a safe and solemn pet blessing ceremony on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at the Paw Park of SM City Tarlac.
Free anti-rabies vaccination from Petvetgo Animal Clinic & Welness Center were also given to the furbabies who attended. Officiated by Fr. Christopher Lozano of San Roque Parish, the activity was made in celebration of International Dog’s Month allowing the owners to have their pets participate in the blessing safely.
“We have lined up mall activities and added some mall features like Paw Park so pawrents can look forward to a safe community space not only for them, but also for their furbabies”, said Engr. Darrel Ramos, SM City Tarlac mall manager.
SM City Tarlac is gearing towards adding more a pet-friendly facilities and activities. Aside from Paw Park and pet blessing, there will be a monthly activity especially curated for pet lovers who consider their canine and feline companions not just pets, but as kids, who need to be blessed, loved, and taken care of.
