MANILA – Sinigang. Adobo. Sisig. So beloved staples of Filipino cuisine that they invariably come to the fore at every conversation on one’s favorite Filipino dish.

There is more, much more than the favored three though, the Philippines hosting a diverse culinary landscape with over hundreds of distinct dishes spread across the archipelago. From simple home-cooked meals to intricate, labor-intensive specialties, Filipino cuisine stands as a proud testament to the nation’s rich heritage and cultural identity.
