FIESTA Communities Incorporated (FCI) one of the country’s leading community developers, once again affirmed its industry leadership after clinching three prestigious awards at the 13th PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards held at Shangri-La The Fort in Manila on August 15, 2025.
Besting different real estate developers in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, FCI won the “Best Affordable Housing Developer” after showcasing different projects across Central Luzon. This is the second project of FCI winning at the same category since FIESTA Communities San Rafael Extension’s victory last year further solidifying the company as the provider of affordable homes, making homeownership inclusive and attainable.
Adding to its roster of awards, FIESTA Communities Aguso claimed the distinction of “Best Connectivity Housing Development”.
