First known in Malaysia and other Asian countries, the Outdoor Gym Equipment is now here in the Philippines thru Fiesta Communities Inc., the first developer in Pampanga to bring in the latest innovation in health and fitness.
Last July 31, in time for Manibaug-Paralaya, Porac patron feast day St. Ignatius Loyola, Fiesta Communities Porac unveiled the new kind of FIESTA experience. Finding the right community for the family is a big responsibility. One of the most fun and significant parts of the event was the inauguration of Outdoor Gym Equipment, located in the heart of the subdivision near the Session hall. It consisted of six easy to use gym equipments named as Airwalker, Sit-up Board, Triple Twister, Dip Bars, Combination Bars and Monkey Bars. The ceremony was led by Hon. Carlito dela Cruz, Mayor of Porac, Hon. Dexter Albert David, Vice Mayor of Porac, Mr. Wilfredo M. Tan, President and CEO of Fiesta Communities, Inc. and Mr. Patrick John Tan, COO of Fiesta Communities , Inc., The guests personally tried all equipments and truly made them sweat like they came from the regular gym. This extraordinary effort of Fiesta Communities was another breakthrough in empowering the community. In the current issues on health, there is a significantly high percentage of unhealthy Filipinos. It is certainly a strategic act of making gym equipments available to anyone for free in the outdoor like park or playground, this will encourage people to try it and hopefully use it for their regular exercise to stay physically fit. Fiesta Communities truly knows the way to create healthy and happy community.
The event would not be complete without the Tree Planting activity, a regular practice of Fiesta Communities in saving the environment, appreciate mother nature and nourish the symbiosis in all God’s creation. The group planted Mahogany trees served as a living testament of the solid partnership of the local government and private sector in leading an environment-friendly community.
There was also unveiling of street name – The Bayanihan Avenue- they used the word Bayanihan to uplift bayanihan spirit in the community as well as promote cooperation and harmony in partnership with Fiesta Communities and the local government. There was a Mass for homeowners and blessing of over 50 houses and 18 commercial units led by Fr. Sonny Pajed.
Covering 22 hectares of land, Fiesta Communities Porac is by far largest of the four subdivisions. Composed of row houses and single-attached units which totals to 1,864 units, it is also equipped with elegantly designed entrance gate, landscaped gardens, concrete roads, perimeter fence, parks and playgrounds. It also has “swak sa negosyo” feature with available commercial lots for interested entrepreneurs, all of these characterized the optimum attention given by Fiesta Communities, Inc. to its projects.
