Mariveles, Bataan — With the perfect blend of art, heritage, and progress, FIESTA Communities Inc. (FCI), a subsidiary of Hausland Holdings, Inc. (HHI), participated in unveiling the monument and declared the FAB Central Walk open to the public on Friday, April 25, 2024, at the heart of the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB).

The event marked a milestone not just for the company, but for the community of Mariveles.Standing at the center of the newly inaugurated FAB Central Walk, the monument symbolizes the unyielding spirit of the Bataan people, drawing inspiration from one of the province’s most painful yet defining moments – the Bataan Death March. Despite the darkness of the past, the people of Bataan have consistently risen from the ashes and moved forward, making the province a beacon of strength, hope, and new beginning.

FAB Central Walk is now officially open to the public, offering a vibrant and inclusive space for locals, investors, and visitors. With its commercial potential, FIESTA Communities recognizes the value of FAB Central Walk in connecting people to key destinations and opportunities. The development is seen as a gateway for increased mobility, with potential to boost transportation access, tourism traffic, and commercial activity in the area.

The ceremonial program began with a welcome message from Mr. Jesus Russel Maninang, Tourism Department Head of Mariveles, followed by historical reflections from Mr. Almario S. Rubia of the Municipal Historical Committee, anchoring the significance of the site in the province’s resilient legacy.

Renowned artist Mr. Abdulmari “Toym” Imao, Jr., whose design now stands proudly as the featured monument, gave an impassioned introduction to the artwork. The piece honors not only history but also the forward-looking aspirations of the people and businesses who will bring life to this new space.

Municipal Mayor Hon. Ace Jello C. Concepcion together with Atty. Christopher Ryan Tan, CEO of Hausland Holdings, Inc., Mr. Hussein P. Pangandaman, CEO and Administrator of AFAB, and Mr. Jose Enrique S. Garcia III, Governor of Bataan, offered a message of full support, emphasizing that Mariveles is ready for meaningful partnerships and development that elevate both infrastructure and people’s lives.

FIESTA Communities believes that the  province is an ideal place to settle in. With developments like FAB Central, homeownership will bring homeownership closer than ever for the locals of Bataan as it improves transportation linking key places to different FIESTA Communities projects in the region specifically in Limay, Hermosa, Mariveles, and Abucay.
