Police Chief Inspector Leonardo Madrid, head of Subic PNP, identified the suspects as Ruben Leocadio Sr., 65, and Ruben Leocadio Jr., 36, both residents of Sitio Masinit, San Isidro; and Luke Patrick Beltran, aka Ava, 28, resident of Barangay Mangan-vaca, all in Subic town.
Police said Beltran was listed as No. 5 Drug Personality Target in Lambat Sibat of Subic Municipal Police Station.
The suspects were arrested by DEU team headed by Senior Inspector Richard Fortaleza while selling shabu worth P1,000 to a police poseur-buyer.
Confiscated from the suspects were one small heatsealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu, eight small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of shabu and one P1,000 bill buy-bust money.
Also recovered were P1,000 in different denominations and assorted drug paraphernalia.
The suspects now face charges for violation of Section 5 and 11, Article 2 of RA 9165.
