TARLAC CITY (PIA) — Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Tarlac State University organized a Customer Relations Seminar for Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs).
Participants were 21 ARBO members from the municipalities of La Paz, Moncada, Concepcion, Camiling, Santa Ignacia, and Paniqui.
DTI Tarlac Trade-Industry Development Specialist Rhina Villapaña said the activity aims to help ARBOs build good and sustained relationships with their internal and external customers.
“This training is very important to our assisted Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations and Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program Entrepreneurs, since building relationships with their customers and clients can contribute to their organization’s longevity and success,” she said.
Topics tackled include ways on how to communicate with customers effectively, efficiently, and with respect; how to handle difficult customers and complaints; and the importance of exceeding the expectations of clients.
Also, Technology-based Customer Relations Management, specifically the value of communication on e-commerce platforms, as well as handling complaints and queries from buyers and customers online. (CLJD/GLSB-PIA 3)
