TARLAC CITY (PIA) — Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Tarlac conducted business related seminars in the municipality of Anao.
These include How to Start a Business, Basic Photography, and Visual Merchandising training.
DTI Provincial Business Development Division Chief Zaida Garibay said the activity aims to mold the participants to become future entrepreneurs in line with their interests.
“The seminar aims to impart entrepreneurial skills among the participants, and identify business opportunities that best suit them as they are potential entrepreneurs in the future,” Garibay said.
Negosyo Center Business Counselor Krizia Dela Cruz discussed the basics of entrepreneurship and the process of starting a business.
Meanwhile, Resource Speaker Carlo Dizon tackled the manual setting of Digital Single-Lens Reflex and mobile phone cameras, different types of shots, techniques for taking aesthetic photos, and some pointers on visual merchandising.
Participants include existing and potential micro, small, and medium enterprises, municipal police station uniformed and non-uniformed personnel, and criminology interns.
DTI vowed to assist the participants in processes of venturing into business through the services provided by the Negosyo Center. (CLJD/GLSB-PIA 3)
