The Department of Trade and Industry Region 3 (DTI-3), in partnership with PLDT, proudly announces the 2025 Central Luzon Franchising and Financing Forum for MSME Sustainable Growth, happening on June 9, 2025, at the SM City Pampanga Event Center.
With the theme “Franchising and Financing for MSME Sustainable Growth,” this regional forum aims to equip Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with the tools, knowledge, and networks they need to scale up through franchising and access to finance.
Featured topics include Franchising Opportunities and Challenges, Financing MSME Growth, and Digital Solutions for MSMEs, to be discussed by leading experts and partner institutions such as SM, Philippine Franchise Association, SBCorp, Land Bank of the Philippines, Bank of Florida (BOF), BPI, and 2GO.
To enhance the engagement and networking experience, franchise businesses and financing institutions will set up kiosks during the forum to showcase their business models and facilitate in-depth discussions with interested MSMEs and visitors. A DTI assistance booth will also be available to provide on-site business advisory support.
To support MSMEs in embracing digital transformation, technology and digital service providers such as Maya, PLDT/Smart, and Converge will also showcase their solutions—introducing seamless digital payment options and connectivity tools designed to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
A highlight of the event will be testimonials from successful franchisees, sharing firsthand experiences on exploring businesses through franchising, overcoming challenges, and achieving sustainable growth. Their stories are expected to inspire and inform MSMEs across the region.
