OLONGAPO CITY – An alleged drug pusher listed on the Philippine National Police’s drug watch was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay East Bajac-Bajc, here on Monday evening, police said.
Suspect was identified as Ramil Bonus, 42, resident of No. 2372 Rizal Avenue, this city.
Bonus was arrested at about 9:00 p.m. while selling shabu to police assets worth P500 led by Chief Insp. Julius Caesar Domingo of the City Intelligence Unit of the Olongapo PNP, Insp. Julius Javier of City Anti-Illegal Drug Special Operation Team (CAIDSOT) and Chief Inspector Rogelio Peñones, Jr., of Zambales Criminal Investigation and Detection Team (ZCIDT).
Recovered from suspect’s possession were marked-money and five pieces of transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu.
Suspect was detained at ZCIDT detention cell facing charges violation of Section 5, Article ll of RA 9165.
