MABALACAT CITY – Joint operatives of the city police and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency – Region 3 dismantled a drug den in a resettlement area in the wake of the arrest of four suspects and the confiscation of some 15 grams of shabu in a buy-bust on Wednesday.
Police identified those arrested as the suspected drug den maintainer Nomer Rivera alias Apong Garu, 49; Ervino Torres, 44; Jeffrey Nicdao, 31; and Bryan Kate Gundayao, 20, all of Mawaque Resetlement, Barangay Sapang Biabas.
Confiscated from the suspects were five plastic sachets containing some 15 grams of shabu worth P102,000, assorted drug paraphernalia, and the buy-bust money.
Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against the four suspects.
