The REU is located inside the DOLE’s Satellite Office in the One-Stop-Shop Center for overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) at the Clark Polytechnic here.
“It offers various training on Basic OSH, Construction Safety and Health, OSH Appreciation, Drug-Free Workplace, and Work Environment Measurements among others,” DOLE regional director Ana Dione said.
Aside from this, the DOLE-OSHC REU also provides technical assistance on safety and health audit, tests on various personal protective equipment, and occupational health examinations, she added.
Other DOLE attached agencies with satellite offices in Clark include the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, and the Professional Regulation Commission.
