Clarkfield, Pampanga/May 23, 2019 – The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Region 3 through its Clark Satellite Office holds regular learning sessions on General Labor Standards (GLS) to workers of Clarkfield, Pampanga.
DOLE Clark conducted an orientation on wages and minimum benefits to employees of La Roise Noire Philippines Inc., a state- of- the- art manufacturing company situated at Clark Freeport Zone, with over 1,700 workers in a spacious 150,000 square foot area to be able to cater the demands of the market from over 40 countries.
Through the GLS orientation, companies keep their employees up-to-date of the recent developments in labor laws and likewise guarantees professional growth through the acquisition of knowledge, skills and attitude in line with the changes in the business system which corollary improve their productivity and efficiency as employees.
DOLE Clark Officer-in-Charge Jose Roberto Navata is constantly in coordination with the companies in the Freeport Zone through the Clark Development Council to be able to cascade the programs of the Department as well as to spread and communicate latest issuances on labor laws.
