CLARK, PHILIPPINES – Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort’s all day dining restaurant, Olive, recently launched its ‘Harmony of Flavors’ weekend buffet. Specially curated by Executive Chef Robert Davis, the gourmet selection highlights sustainably-sourced, fresh ingredients from the North.

Buffet highlights include a premium selection of both local and international dishes, as well as different interactive kitchen stations: Seafood Boil, Sashimi, Singaporean Laksa, Fresh-from-the-grill, Cold cuts and cheese, plus the not-to-be-missed Dessert Corner featuring a mix of gourmand confections and colorful, Filipino cakes and delicacies, among other treats. Olive’s evening buffet is made even more special with a live carving station.
‘Harmony of Flavors’ at Olive is open for buffet lunch on Fridays to Saturdays at Php 1,450 per person and on Sundays at Php 1,700; while buffet dinner is from Fridays to Sundays at Php 1,700.
