With the five (5) potential micro enterprises to be assisted by the NSB through the Negosyo Center in Dinalungan and its Business Counsellor Vincent Leal, it is hoped that more economic activities within the locality will be explored to help households in the area become productive and self-sustaining, especially in this Covid-19 pandemic where businesses suffered due to the lockdowns.
The launching of the NSB in Bgy. Nipoo serves as a restarting point to create new and expand more opportunities particularly for those wanting to restart businesses affected by Covid-19 pandemic and those wanting to start and try engaging in livelihood activities.
