According to a study by Boston Consulting Group (BCG), while the sector remains predominantly male-dominated, women now make up 32 percent of the IT industry workforce—a testament to the growing recognition of their contributions. Although this figure remains relatively small, it highlights the increasing acknowledgment of women’s role in shaping the future of IT.
