June 10, 2025 — The Singapore Tourism Board (STB), in partnership with Cebu Pacific (CEB), has launched a new travel vlog featuring Filipino actress Denise Laurel, now live on her official YouTube channel. Aimed at inspiring Filipino travellers, the campaign highlights how a well-planned four-day trip to Singapore can be filled with rich and memorable experiences.
From savouring exceptional dishes and exploring iconic landmarks to uncovering hidden gems, the video showcases how every moment counts in Singapore.
In the vlog, Denise and her son, Bukie, took viewers on a high-energy, four-day journey to deescover the latest attractions and lesser-known spots in Singapore.
“Time is a real luxury. In a world that never stops, this trip shows you how Singapore lets you breathe, all while delivering a premium experience without missing a beat,” Denise said.
A Journey through Singapore’s Best Experiences
Denise and Bukie land at Jewel Changi Airport, consistently ranked among the best in the world. Singapore’s warm welcome begins with good food. They enjoyed breakfast at Lau Pa Sat, savouring Hainanese chicken rice, beef kway teow (stir fried rice noodles with beef), and fresh buko juice (coconut juice).
They also explored more foodie hotspots like Xiao Ya Tou, a restaurant bar that serves Asian cuisine with a modern twist.
Capping off the night, she went to Baia to try its signature cocktail, Singapolitan (kiss dark), a combination of cosmopolitan and Singapore sling. She shared that Baia has a secret backroom that offers a hidden view of the Formula 1 race–a perfect spot for F1 fans!
The next day, Denise and Bukie kicked off their morning with authentic Singapore-style breakfast, making their own local kopi (coffee) and traditional brew at Nanyang Old Coffee, paired with kaya toast (two slices of toast with butter and coconut jam).
After that, Denise and Bukie explored Chinatown and Resorts World Sentosa, where they waved wands at Harry Potter Visions of Magic, admired the breathtaking views at SkyHelix Sentosa, and posed with minions at Minion Land in Universal Studios Singapore.
Taking a detour off the beaten path, Denise explored New Bahru.
At personal care brand OMNO, she learned how to mix scents and create custom body care. She also visited local cafes like Kings Cart Coffee and PPP Coffee, each offering a distinct take on Singaporean café culture.
Experiencing the best culinary delights of the city, she delighted in Peranakan dishes such as chap chye (cabbage stew) and ayam buah keluak (braised chicken in tamarind sauce and black nut) at True Blue Cuisine.
Before heading home, Denise and Bukie made a final stop at Jewel Changi Airport. They navigated the enchanting Mirror Maze and marvelled at the iconic Rain Vortex—a fitting end to their unforgettable escape before boarding their Cebu Pacific flight back to the Philippines.
Many viewers were intrigued after watching Denise’s vlog. One viewer commented, “Singapore must be the cocktail capital of the world.” Another cautioned that “this shouldn’t be watched at midnight! All the food is making me hungry!”
With direct flights, insider tips, and expertly planned experiences, this collaboration between Singapore Tourism Board and Cebu Pacific offers Filipino travellers a fresh, fun, and hassle-free way to explore the Lion City.
