CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — The city government has put up Covid-19 vaccination sites in several barangays for easy access of vaccinees and to decongest the city’s major inoculation sites.
The barangay-based vaccination is set January 24 to 28 in covered courts, barangay health centers and other public spaces.
The city health office said only first doses and booster shots will be administered in the barangays. Second doses will still be given at the city’s “mega vaccination sites” at Heroes Hall, Our Lady of Fatima University, Robinsons Starmills-Pampanga, SM City Telabastagan, and Waltermart.
To date, 241,642 Fernandinos have been inoculated with at least a dose while 214,874 others were fully vaccinated. The target eligible population is 242,102.
Those who received booster shots totaled 26,123 individuals.
Fernandinos are advised to follow guidelines on barangay vaccination posted on this link: https://www.facebook.com/…/a.20521799…/1880375518812725/
