CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – In addition to SM City Pampanga, the city government has tapped two additional vaccination sites catering to children aged 5 to 11 years old.
On Thursday, the city health office opened the new vax sites at the Our Lady of Fatima University along MacArthur Highway in Barangay De la Paz Norte, and thr University of the Assumption in Barangay Del Pilar.
This measure aimed at boosting the number of vaccine recipients under the Rest of the Pediatric Population (ROPP) category who are gradually attending face-to-face classes and being allowed at select indoor establishments.
As of Feb. 23, over 2,500 children under ROPP have been vaccinated with their first dose. The city targets to vaccinate 40,000 children under the said priority group.
