CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – A major housing project featuring 10,308 units across 28 buildings ranging from four to 12 storeys high is soon to open near the city’s business district.
Officials of the Social Housing Finance Corp. (SHFC) led by president and CEO Rico Laxa recently made an ocular inspection of the Crystal Peak Estate in Barangay Del Carmen preparatory to the turnover of the first phase of the project to members of the Jose Abad Santos Homeowners Association, Inc. comprising Cluster A.
“The project aims to serve 10,308 member-beneficiaries, with its first cluster (Cluster A) comprising 996 units, including 977 residential and 19 commercial spaces. The first phase will feature four 12-story condominium buildings,” Laxa explained.
Laxa said Crystal Peak Estate is one of the leading 4PH (Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino) projects initiated under the Marcos administration. The development spans eight hectares and offers a township living style with a focus on affordability and convenience for its residents.
Crystal Peak Estate is being developed and constructed by Kaerland Development Corp.
Units to be turned over come with standard finishes, including tiled floors, painted walls and ceilings, and fully installed electrical and plumbing fixtures. Current amenities on-site include a clubhouse, basketball court, and swimming pool. Future developments include a mini market, tricycle terminal, and provisions for essential social services like a school, health center, and police station. Its strategic location near public institutions and commercial establishments makes it an even more appealing option for residents.
Prandy Vergara, the 4PH OIC for Central Luzon, shared that the site is easily accessible by land transportation through Jose Abad Santos Avenue and nearby barangay roads. The housing project is also conveniently located near key establishments such as S&R Membership Shopping, St. Francis Village Phase 3, St. Francis Academy of Pampanga, Green City Medical Center, San Fernandino Hospital, Dolores Police Station, and several shopping centers, including Robinsons Starmills and SM Pampanga.
With its accessibility and comprehensive amenities, Crystal Peak Estate promises to be a vibrant, sustainable community for its future residents, said Laxa. PR/Contributed photos
