OLONGAPO CITY – A member of the so-called Suwizo criminal group operating in Central Luzon was nabbed by operatives of the Zambales Criminal Investigation and Detection Team (ZCIDT).
ZCIDT OIC-Provincial Officer, Senior Inspector Ferdinand Mendoza, identified the suspect as Darwin Tandog, 30, resident of Hiltop, Barangay Kalaklan, Olongapo City. Led by SPO4 Maximo Ramos, SPO2 Warly Rodriguez, PO1 Dennis Jimenez and Action Agent Santos Ebalida, arrested the suspect at his hide-out in Barangay Cruz, Naligas, U.P. Diliman, Quezon City by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Raymond Viray of RTC, Branch 75 for robbery with homicide without bail.
Report said that on July 3, 2012 the suspect held up and killed Sham Sunder, 52 when he refused to give his money.
Police record shows the suspect is also involved in robbery-holdup, gun-for-hire, carnapping and illegal drugs in Olongapo and Zambales areas.
