BALANGA CITY – A 90-year-old man and an 89-year old woman were among the 14 patients newly recovered from the coronavirus disease in this province, Gov. Albert Garcia announced Thursday.
The seniors are both from the mountain town of Morong.
The number of recoveries rose to 3,317 after the addition of 14 with four coming from Morong, three from Dinalupihan, two each from Mariveles, Pilar and Balanga City, and one from Abucay.
Confirmed Covid–19 cases reached 3,592 with 16 who just tested positive of the virus. The new confirmed cases are eight from Orani, two each from Balanga City, Orion, and Morong, and one each from Dinalupihan and Hermosa.
The youngest is 11 years old and the oldest at 68 years.
Latest report from the provincial health office showed there are 200 active cases and 75 deaths.
There are 39,248 individuals who have undergone Covid–19 tests with 35,327 found negative and 329 waiting for results.
