BALANGA CITY — A 17-day–old boy was among the six newest confirmed cases of coronavirus disease in Bataan, now totaling 96 as per report of the provincial health office here Monday night.
Gov. Albert Garcia said the infant is from Mariveles while three are health workers of the Bataan General Hospital and Medical Center listed as a 46-year–old female from Orani, a 52-year–old male from Balanga City, and a 31-year–old male from Hermosa.
The others are a 10-year–old girl from Balanga and a 51-year–old woman from Pilar.
Per PHO report, two have newly-recovered, bringing the number of recoveries to 22. Number of deaths remained at four.
The governor said that from 2,130 who have undertaken laboratory exam since 31 January, 1,302 turned negative of Covid–19 while 732 are waiting for the result of the test. The latest tested negative of the virus were 44 persons.
