Arce furthered “The journey in search of Miss Cosme Japan International Pampanga has been long, but colorful. Happy with the way the company has been treating him, and proud of the products they come up with, Arce and the Cosme principals thought of bringing the cosmetic company to the Philippines.
Arce was fully supportive of the idea, but he agreed to it on the condition that the Philippine company be situated not in Manila, but his very own Pampanga.
