BOTOLAN, Zambales – A total of 3,578 victims of flooding from four evacuation centers here benefited from the feeding program spearheaded by and the Zambales Police Provincial Office (ZPPO) and the Convoy of Hope Philippines, a non-governmental organization.
Sr. Supt. Rolando Felix, Zambales, ZPPO director, and Raul Manuel, director of the Convoy of Hope, Philippines led the feeding program held at Babon San Juan Evacuation Center, Capayawan Elementary School, Bangan Barangay Hall, and South Central Elementary School Paco, all in this town.
The group also distributed rice and other daily needs of the evacuees.
Meanwhile, still flooded barangays include: Carael, San Juan, Paudpod, Capayawan, Beneg, Bangan, Taugtog, San Miguel, Batonlapoc, Tampo and Paco all in Botolan town.
