“ComClark’s commitment to apply technologies to provide quality products and services to its clients is the foundation of its vision for the future. The key differentiators of ComClark’s foundation (sic) and thrust for the future are as follows:

    1. Highly Reliable Infrastructure:

        a. Widest Fiber Optic Coverage

        b. n x STM1s via different Iternational Carriers

        c. Multi-Telco Partnership

        d. Fully Redundant Network Infrastructure

    2. Strong Technical Support:

        a. Technical engineer’s expertise

    3. Experienced Management

        a. Track record in diversified businesses

        b. Expertise in Information & Communications Technology.”

Nice advertisement, parang totoo (it seems true).

I pay my monthly internet and cable fee of P1,150 regularly and what I get is a “limited or no connectivity” status almost every night, especially when you need to monitor the news. ComClark sucks.

When you have no internet connection (I am 100 percent sure), Comclark doesn’t record how many minutes or hours they failed to serve you. What matters to them is you pay your fees. ComClark sucks.

It irks everyone in the office, especially writers, when internet connection suddenly fails, and it fails for two hours without any advisory from the company. And for two hours without any internet, newspaper operations suffer. You have to go outside and look for an internet café to get all stories and photos. ComClark sucks.

If you total all the minutes or hours of internet connection failures, at least half of what you pay get wasted. You don’t get refunds and you don’t get any apology from them, not even a simple sorry. Comclark sucks.

ComClark, an internet service provider, doesn’t realize that it should provide fast and reliable internet connection. The community they serve, or even an individual like me, depends so much on it. Known as the new media, it makes our jobs easier and faster, but Comclark seems to do otherwise. Comclark sucks.

ComClark has been operating for years (since 1996) in Pampanga and yet its services worsen. In short, it sucks.

So when things worsen, the best thing to do is to replace them.

So when ComClark gets worst, the best thing to do is to replace it and find another company that would offer better services for the Kapampangans.

I don’t recommend Digitel since most of my friends and peers also complain its services. I just don’t know which one is worse but in my experience, ComClark sucks.

ComClark subscribers, including me, could still bear with its slower internet connections but not with “no connection” at all. We understand that there are computer and internet glitches but not as often as Comclark does. The company owes its subscribers an explanation.
