SUBIC BAY FREEPORT — Personnel of the Regional Maritime Unit3 led by their chief Col. Dennis Denver Sab-it distributed relief goods to fisher families at Silangin Cove, Barangay Pundaquit, San AntonioZambales.

Thirty seven families expressed their gratitude for the food packs they received from the RMU-3. The relief distribution is under the PNP “Kapwa ko Sagot Ko” Program.

Sab-it said the program aims to reach inaccessible places and provide the communities with support and assistance, especially the less privileged and most vulnerable families adversely affected economically by the modified enhanced community quarantine due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Personnel of the 301st Maritime Police Station, together with Dr. Benjamin Salinas and private sector representatives led by Jacinto Gardon, also joined the distribution of relief goods with each family receiving basic necessities such as pail, groceries, fish, and rice.
