ANGELES CITY – The Pampanga Highway Patrol Team arrested Saturday morning here the fourth in Central Luzon’s list of most wanted carnappers.
Police identified the arrested suspect as Pamela Ronah Vino y Agustin, 47, married, businesswoman, and with given addresses at 2123 Bayabas St., Duquit, Mabalacat City and 288 Dabu St., Barangay Sto. Domingo, Angeles City.
The team of Capt. Marlon Agno, Lt. Richard Lambino, PEMS Bong G Toledo, PEMS Emmalou N Soriano, and PSSg Arvin G Bernardo swooped down on the suspect’s address in Angeles City and served her an arrest warrant issued by Presiding Judge Rolando G. How of the Regional Trial Court Branch 257, Paranaque City under Criminal Case No. 2020-1136 for violation of RA 10883 (New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016) dated September 21, 2020 with recommended bail P300,000.
The suspect is listed No. 4 in the Regional Highway Patrol Unit 3 Most Wanted Persons.
Police said the successful operation came about from a tip of an informant that the suspect was spotted at the house of her father in Angeles City.
