CLARK FREEPORT — Hann Casino Resort, an iconic landmark in Clark and home of the first 5-star hotel in Central Luzon, Clark Marriott and the first Swissotel in the Philippines, dominates the Top 10 Best Restaurants List in this freeport in the latest ranking of TripAdvisor. The well-appointed hotels collectively operating a total of 15 restaurants, cafes, and bars.
To even further that dominance as the Culinary Capital of Clark, Hann Resorts team kicked off on July 18 a series of gustatory delights at the Smoki Moto by Clark Marriott, recognized as the No.1 Best Restaurant in Clark, with Executive Chef Robert Czeschka serving impeccable food and beverage offerings.
Guests are welcomed with signature smoked cocktail Rum Eclipse at the Roofdeck Lounge with a fantastic view of the Clark landscape. After a short program, guests transferred to the main dining area: each table showcasing special selections of hors d’ oeuvres – kimchi and banchan, green lettuce leaves with Korean corn dressing, infused roasted garlic baguette, and lemon and lime iced tea.
The best part of the dinner, indeed the star of the night, was the main course: signature Seoul-Brushed Rib-Eye Steak with pink peppercorn demi-glace, herb crusted tomato, grilled asparagus tips, mashed potatoes and of course a glass of Growers Gate Cabernet Sauvignon-Australia.
