CLARK FREEPORT — The Clark International Festival of Speed (CIFOS), a premier celebration of motorsport, machines, lifestyle, and community, is set to rev up the engines for its much-anticipated 4 Wheel Festival on Oct. 17-19, at the Clark International Speedway here.
This three-day event promises an immersive experience for enthusiasts and families alike. It blends elite-level racing with a curated showcase of automotive culture featuring several unique activities.
The Heart of the Action
At the core of the festival is the PHIMOS Cup, the official Philippine Motorsports Championship race series. This is where the thrill of speed meets the pride of champions, with elite drivers competing in a display of technical precision and skill. The high-stakes competition sets the tone for CIFOS as a serious racing festival, celebrating motorsport heritage and crowning new champions.
Tour d’Elegance
Happening on October 18, this is an exclusive, invite-only car parade of rare classics, exotics, and bespoke builds. Starting with a Cars & Coffee gathering at the Clark Parade Grounds, the parade will wind through Clark’s historical landmarks before concluding with a celebratory lap around the speedway. This moving showcase of artistry and passion aims to be one of the most prestigious car parades in the Philippines.
Track Experience
Invited car groups will get a rare opportunity to drive their own machines on the legendary Clark International Speedway. This guided, non-competitive experience allows drivers to feel the same tarmac where champions compete, celebrating the bond between man and machine.
The Pitlane
Running parallel to the official garages, this area transforms into the festival’s main showcase zone. A boulevard of speed and style, it features exhibitors from automakers, aftermarket brands, and lifestyle gear, bringing fans closer to the brands that fuel their passion.
Rev & Dine
A pitstop for the senses, this segment offers a carefully curated selection of street eats and local flavors. The aroma of delicious food meets the sound of roaring engines, creating a unique blend of food and motor culture.
On the Grid
When the official races end, the track lights up for “The Grid After Dark.” This grand night car meet welcomes enthusiasts with all types of cars—from exotics to classics—right on the starting grid. It’s a space for community, music, and culture to come together under the stars.
