CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – What the Police Regional Office 3 started in Pampanga it has taken to Tarlac and Angeles City.
PRO–3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano De Leon has effected the change in command at the Tarlac provincial police office with Col. Renante Cabico taking over the post of Col. Dave Poklay.
In Angeles City, Col. Joyce Patrick Sangalang ceded the city police directorship to Col. Rommel Batangan.
Last Dec. 2, the Pampanga provincial police office changed hands with Col. Andres Simbajon Jr. relinquishing his post, after only two months, to Col. Arnold Thomas Ibay Jr.
Ibay and Simbajon were classmates, as were Sangalang and Batangan, at the Philippine National Police Academy, it was learned.
Batangan was immediate past chief of the PRO-3 Personnel and Human Resource Division which Sangalang has now assumed.
Simbajon has been transferred to the Directorate for Integrated Police Operations – Western Mindanao, stationed at the PNP national headquarters in Camp Crame, Quezon City.
