Central Luzon’s micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) once again showcased their innovation and resilience at the 27th Likha ng Central Luzon Trade Fair, held from October 15 to 19, 2025 at SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City, generating a remarkable ₱55.3 million in total sales—exceeding the ₱36.5 million target by nearly 52%.
The event gathered 148 MSME exhibitors from the seven provinces of Central Luzon, offering a wide variety of products such as processed foods, furniture, home furnishings, wearables, gifts, holiday décor, and organic and wellness items.


Of the total sales, ₱17.8 million came from cash transactions, ₱29.7 million from booked orders, and ₱7.7 million from sales still under negotiation.
Among the provinces, Bataan posted the highest sales with ₱17.4 million, followed by Pampanga (₱12.0 million), Bulacan (₱10.9 million), Tarlac (₱6.1 million), Nueva Ecija (₱4.6 million), Zambales (₱2.5 million), and Aurora (₱1.5 million).
DTI Region 3 Regional Director Edna D. Dizon commended the outstanding results of this year’s trade fair, emphasizing that the success “reflects the growing strength, creativity, and competitiveness of Central Luzon’s entrepreneurs.” She expressed gratitude to the event’s partners, exhibitors, and visitors for their continued support of the region’s MSMEs.
Organized by the Department of Trade and Industry-Region 3 (DTI-3) and its Provincial Offices, in partnership with Philexport-3, Regional Development Council-3, SM Supermalls, and the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation, Inc. (CLGCFI), the annual Likha Trade Fair serves as the culminating event of DTI’s programs for MSME development.
The fair continues to be a vital platform for local entrepreneurs to expand their markets, build partnerships, and promote proudly Central Luzon-made products to institutional buyers and consumers nationwide.
