OLONGAPO CITY — Two persons were arrested by elements of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group Zambales (CIDG Zambales) for illegally selling and hoarding petroleum products “bote-bote” in Castillejos, Zambales.
Arrested under Oplan Ligas headed by CIDG Zambales Provincial Officer Chief Inspector Edgar Q. Balagso, the suspects were identified as Jardiolyn Arimas and Prinston Posugac, both residents of Barangay San Nicolas in Castillejos. Both were caught in the act of selling and hoarding petroleum products.
The suspects were detained at CIDG Zambales and are charged before the Olongapo City Prosecutor’s Office for violation of Section 2(a) of BP 33 as amended by RA 1865.
