CEBU FLIGHT SCHEDULE CHANGES (SEPTEMBER 1 TO 21, 2018)

Cebu Pacific and Cebgo will be adjusting the schedule of its flights in line with the daily closure of the Mactan Cebu International Airport runway from 1:30 to 6:30am from September 1 to 21, 2018. The closure of the runway is necessary to allow for the extremely important runway rehabilitation spearheaded by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines and the Mactan Cebu International Airport Authority.

We are contacting affected passengers and providing them with options. These include:

• Getting a full refund;
• Placing the full value of the ticket in a travel fund for future use;
• Rebooking the flight, subject to seat availability;
• Rerouting to any domestic destination, subject to seat availability.

Cebu Pacific and Cebgo passengers can manage their rebooking or refunds through the “Manage Booking” section in the Cebu Pacific website, www.cebupacificair.com

Passengers who booked through a travel agent or any other third party are likewise encouraged to provide the airline with their updated contact details so they are directly advised about any flight changes.
